建筑中水利用技术与经济效益分析

Analysis on utilization technology of recycled water for buildings and its economic effect

节水是解决水资源短缺、应对城市水安全的重要举措。全社会应坚持节水优先、减排与治污并重的原则,严格实行节水"三同时"制度,遵循绿色低碳的理念,率先推广户内中水回用系统,为城市可持续发展奠定基础。本文剖析了建筑中水利用最新政策,介绍了以中水洁厕为突破口的适用于新建建筑的中水利用技术,又通过案例分析了该技术的节水、节能和减排效益,为建筑中水政策落实和技术落地提供指导。

Water saving is an important measure to solve water shortage and urban water security. The principle of giving priority to water conservation and paying equal attention to emission reduction and pollution control should be adhered to. Watersaving "three simultaneous" system should be strictly implemented, and the concept of green and low-carbon should be followed. It is the first to promote the indoor water reuse system to lay the foundation for sustainable urban development. The latest policy on water recycling in construction was analyzed. The water reuse technology for new buildings with the water-cleaning toilet as a breakthrough was introduced, and the water-saving, energy-saving and emission-reducing benefits of the technology was analyzed through the case. This paper is expected to provide guidance for the implementation of water policy and technical implementation in construction.
