土建工程项目质量监管难点与破解对策分析

Analysis on difficulties in quality supervision for civil engineering projects and countermeasures

土建工程质量监督管理是保证工程整体质量的重要措施。然而,由于受到一些因素的影响和制约,导致质量监督管理工作无法顺利实施。基于此点,文章从土建工程项目质量监督及其重要意义入手,分析了土建工程项目质量监督管理的实施难点,并提出相应的解决对策,最后论述了土建工程项目质量监督管理要点。期望通过本文的研究能够对促进质量监督管理水平的提升有所帮助。

The quality supervision and management of civil engineering is an important measure to ensure the overall quality of the project. However, due to the influence and restriction of some factors, the quality supervision and management work can not be carried out smoothly. Based on this point, the article starts with the quality supervision of civil engineering projects and its significance, analyses the difficulties in the implementation of quality supervision and management of civil engineering projects, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Finally, it discusses the main points of quality supervision and management of civil engineering projects. It is hoped that this study will be helpful to improve the level of quality supervision and management.
