四轮低速电动车产业发展现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Four-wheel Low-speed Electric Vehicle Industry

近年来我国四轮低速电动车产销规模不断扩大,但产业的无序发展严重影响了交通安全和通行秩序,亟待加快规范管理。文章分析了我国地方政府低速电动车清理整顿情况,以及低速电动车市场、企业和产品的最新情况,最后建议加快出台《四轮低速电动车技术条件》国家标准及低速电动车规范管理相关政策,推动低速电动车行业规范发展。

In recent years, the production and marketing scale of low-speed electric vehicles in China has been expanding, but the disorderly development of low-speed electric vehicles has seriously affected traffic safety and traffic order. This paper analyses the cleanup and rectification of low-speed electric vehicles by local governments in China, as well as the latest situation of low-speed electric vehicles market, enterprises and products. Finally, it is suggested that "Four-wheel Low-speed Electric Vehicles-Specification" and the relevant policies for the standardized management should be speeded up to promote the standardized development of the low-speed electric vehicle industry.
