随着社会进程的加快,以及经济的迅猛发展,餐饮业的兴起已势不可挡,但由此引发的问题也渐渐出现在人们的视野内,如垃圾的产生,环境的污染等等。因此,餐饮行业的垃圾处理及转运环卫车亟待提出!餐厨垃圾车是处理餐厨垃圾收集和运输环节所必不可少的专用车辆。餐厨垃圾车就是将餐厨垃圾中的固体和液体分开来处理。它的罐体有两部分:上面的圆罐体主要用来盛放垃圾,下面的方罐体便用来收集垃圾中的水分,实现垃圾的固液分离,方便后续的进一步处理。

Therefore, garbage disposal and transshipment of sanitation vehicles in catering industry need to be put forward urgently. The kitchen garbage truck is an indispensable special vehicle for the collection and transportation of kitchen garbage. Kitchen garbage truck is to separate solid and liquid from kitchen garbage. Its tank body has two parts: the upper round tank is mainly used to hold garbage, and the lower square tank is used to collect moisture in garbage, so as to realize solid-liquid separation of garbage and facilitate further treatment.
