摘要
中控触摸屏布置是乘用车人机工程中的重要部分。传统的人机工程技术标准和开发流程主要是基于简单的CAD建模、局限性的技术标准,全尺寸模型主观评估。这些方法已不能适应新技术、新造型趋势和汽车行业的飞速发展。对此需要引入新的开发技术并通过研究制定优化的技术标准。本课题旨在通过研究市场各主流车型触摸屏布置的当前状况及未来趋势,运用RAMSIS软件分析并统计数据。通过分析总结,得出未来乘用车适应大尺寸触摸屏技术趋势的优化布置方法。本课题将完成对参考车型的主观评价和RAMSIS建模分析,整理分析结论,提出结合传统方式和软件分析的更优化的触摸屏布置方法,提出未来的研究展望。
The package of touch screen is an important part of passenger car ergonomics. The classic ergonomics standards and engineering process are based on simple CAD models, limited dimension guidelines and seating buck assessment. Those methods cannot meet the requirement of new technologies, new styling concepts and the high growing speed of automotive industry. New technologies of engineering and optimized guide lines are necessary. In this study, the touch screen package in the market will be studied. RAMSIS will be used to analyze the ergonomics and package of operating systems. New optimized methods of touch screen package in the future will be discussed and summarized.Subjective assessment and RAMSIS analysis for the benchmark car will be made. The result will be summarized and an optimized new guide line of touch screen package will be proposed, the study of next step is will be figured out.
