摘要 文章以某SUV混动车型的发动机盖为研究对象,基于等刚度替换原则,选用碳纤维复合材料替代传统钢材料的方案,并通过CAE软件仿真分析其弯曲刚度、前角刚度以及中后部刚度性能指标。通过对碳纤维发盖样件进行弯曲刚度、前角刚度以及中后部刚度试验,计算得到实测刚度数据,并将其与仿真结果对比分析,为碳纤维材料刚度性能目标值的设定提供了实测依据,也为碳纤维复合材料在汽车零件上的应用提供了参考方向。 Based on the principle of equal stiffness substitution, this paper take the engine cover of a SUV electric vehicle as the research object, use carbon fiber composite materials to replace the traditional steel material program, and take simulation analysis of the bending stiffness, the front angle stiffness and the middle rear stiffness by CAE simulation software. Through the bending stiffness, the front angle stiffness and the middle rear stiffness test of the carbon fiber engine cover sample, calculate the test stiffness data, and comparing it with the simulation result, which not only provides a basis for the setting of carbon fiber performance target value, but also provides a reference for the application of carbon fiber composite materials that using in the parts of vehicles.
