摘要
随着市场竞争越来越激烈,整车制造企业想要持续稳定的发展,就必须要加强和提升生产管理水平,以快速满足市场个性化的需求。随着平台车型越来越多,生产交货期要求越来越短,这就对生产管理水平有了较高的要求。东风柳汽在2018年6月引入了先进的MES系统(即制造执行系统manufacturing execution system,简称MES),在很大程度上提高了生产效率、降低了人力和物力成本。但由于该系统主要解决的是规模化生产的各相关系统的连接整合与快速响应,对新产品开发环节的一些特殊需求没有得到有效的覆盖,如单独的车身需求无法通过该系统安排生产,需要对现行的车身生产准备流程进行优化和完善。文章将以此为题,探讨和实践符合东风柳汽自身特点的车身生产准备解决方案。
With the fierce competition in the market, in order to develop continuously and stably the vehicle manufacturing enterprises must strengthen and promote the level of production management to meet the individual needs of the market quickly. There are more and more models of the vehicles in the productive enterprises, and the production delivery time is shorter and shorter, which has a higher requirement for the production management level. In June 2018, Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. first introduced advanced MES system (i.e. Manufacturing Execution System, the abbreviation as MES), which greatly improved the efficiency of production and reduced the cost of manpower and material resources. However, due to the system mainly addresses the connective integration and rapid response of the relevant systems of large-scale production, some special requirements for the new product development link have not been effectively covered, such as the needs of the vehicle body not be arranged by this system, which should optimize and improve the existing body of vehicles production of preparation process. This paper will discuss and practice the preparation solution for the vehicle body production in accordance with the author ’s company’s characteristics.
