品管圈活动对混合痔患者术后尿潴留发生率的影响

Effect of quality control circle activities on the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨品管圈活动对混合痔患者术后尿潴留发生率的影响。方法选择2016年4月至2018年3月我院收治的混合痔手术患者1170例作为研究对象,将2016年4月至2017年3月开展品管圈活动前的585例患者设为对照组,2017年4月至2018年3月开展品管圈活动后的585例患者设为观察组。分别从品管圈成立、选定主题、现状把握及分析、要因确认、护理对策及实施、效果确认、标准化等方面进行干预,探讨开展品管圈活动对混合痔患者术后尿潴留发生率的影响。结果观察组开展品管圈活动后尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);活动后护理人员团队精神、沟通协调、责任荣誉、活动信心、解决问题的能力评分高于活动前(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈用于混合痔患者术后有助于降低尿潴留发生率,提高护理人员的专业技能,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods To select 1,170 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 as the study subjects.Before the implementation of quality control circle activities,a total of 585 patients from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group.After the implementation of quality control circle activities,another 585 patients from April 2017 to March 2018 were set as the observation group.We conducted intervene from the establishment of quality control circle,theme selection,current situation analysis,factor identification,nursing countermeasures and implementation,effect confirmation,standardization,etc,and explored the influences of quality control circle activities on the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Results The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group after the quality control circle activities was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the quality control circle activities,the nursing staff'team spirit,communication coordination,responsibility honor,activity confidence,and problem-solving ability scores were higher than those before the implementation of the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying quality control circles activities in patients with mixed hemorrhoids can help reduce the incidence of urinary retention and improve the professional skills of nursing staff,which was worth popularizing and applying.
