摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环护理在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者中的应用效果。方法2017年8月起,我院在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术护理中应用PDCA循环模式,分别从我院2017年5—7月(对照组)、8—10月(观察组)收治的行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者中各随机选取90例作为研究对象,比较两组患者护理质量。结果观察组患者护理质量各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者中应用基于PDCA循环模式的护理干预,能有效提高护理质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing in patients with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy.Methods To apply PDCA cycle mode in the nursing of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in our hospital from August 2017.We selected 90 cases of patients who were treated by pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in our hospital from May 2017 to July 2017 as the control group,and selected 90 cases of patients who were treated from August 2017 to October 2017 as the observation group randomly.The quality of nursing in the two groups were compared.Results The each dimension scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PDCA cycle mode nursing intervention in patients with pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy can improve the quality of nursing effectively,which was worth popularizing and application.
