摘要
通过研究探索高压水射流水力破除技术的原理,在国内首次将其应用于复杂管道内沉积混凝土破除领域,对向家坝左岸一期泵站排水管道清理,成功解决了泵站排水管道复杂、沉积混凝土水泥结石等沉积物多、施工难度大的难题,顺利完成了三条排水管道的清理,使泵站排水量由清理前减少了30%~50%恢复到了额定排水量,保障了泵站的运行,效果显著。
In the pumping station in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, the cleaning work of the drainage pipelines is of great difficulties due to the complexity of the pipelines, large amount of concrete deposits and the construction difficulty. The high pressure water jet breaking technique is thus adopted, with which the deposited concrete in three drainage pipelines is successfully eliminated. The drainage flow of the pumping station is restored to the rated value while it is reduced by 30% to 50% before the cleaning. A satisfactory cleaning performance is obtained and the normal operation of the pumping station is ensured.
