关于提高高校青年教师教学质量的教学督导思考和建议 被引量:8

摘要 教学质量是高校发展的根本。青年教师的教学水平直接影响着高校人才的培养。笔者结合多年参加学校教学评估、督导的经历,对高校青年教师现状进行分析,从教学督导的角度,对如何提高青年教师教学水平提出几点思考,并提出了提高督导工作质量的建议,以期通过教学督导提升青年教师教学技能和业务水平、提高教学质量。 Teaching quality is the foundation of the development of colleges and universities.Today,with the increase in large proportion of young teachers,their teaching level directly affects the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Based on author's experience of participating in teaching evaluation and supervision for many years,this paper analyzes the present situation of young teachers.From the perspective of teaching supervision,this paper puts forward some considerations on how to improve the teaching level of young teachers,and proposes some suggestions for improving the quality of supervision,so as to enhance the teaching abilities and professional level of young teachers and improve the teaching quality through teaching supervision.
