基于产教深度融合的现代学徒制人才培养模式实践与探索——以清远职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为例

Practice and Exploration on Talent Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Based on Deep Integration of Production and Education

现代学徒制在德国及英国等工业发达国家是一种比较成熟的职业技术教育制度,而在我国的发展才刚刚起步。清远职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业在实践探索现代学徒制的过程中进行了多方面的改革与创新,如制定现代学徒制教学标准和核心课程标准、培养双导师教学团队及制定课程教学评价方式等,在此基础上,形成了一些有一定指导意义的经验或观点。实践表明,实施现代学徒制人才培养模式是多方共赢的,应大力推广。

Modern apprenticeship is a relatively mature vocational and technical education system in industrialized countries such as Germany and the United Kingdom,and its development in China has just begun.The mechatronics technology major has carried out various reforms and innovations in the process of exploring and experiencing the modern apprenticeship,such as formulating modern apprenticeship teaching standards and core curriculum standards,cultivating double tutors teaching teams,and formulating curriculum evaluation methods,on the basis of which,some experience or viewpoints with certain guiding significance have been formed.Practice has shown that the implementation of the modern apprenticeship training model is multi-win and should be promoted.
