阿司匹林和氯吡格雷所致大鼠小肠黏膜的损伤及替普瑞酮的保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 探讨阿司匹林及氯吡格雷对大鼠小肠黏膜的损伤作用及替普瑞酮的保护作用。研究发现阿司匹林及氯吡格雷均可损伤大鼠小肠黏膜,联合用药时损伤更重;阿司匹林可诱发黏膜自由基损伤,氯吡格雷可减少黏膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量;替普瑞酮增加黏膜VEGF含量,或可有利于修复阿司匹林及氯吡格雷所致的小肠损伤,而减轻自由基损伤可减轻阿司匹林所致的小肠损伤。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the injury of aspirin and clopidogrel on small intestinal mucosa in rats and the protective effect of teprenone. The study found that aspirin and clopidogrel could cause intestinal mucosal injury in rats, which was even worse with dual drugs. The mechanism of mucosal injury included free radical injury induced by aspirin and decreased synthesis of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) by clopidogrel. Teprenone may repair intestinal mucosa via boosting VEGF level.
