复方中草药替代抗生素对肉鸡生长性能的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Hreparations Instead of Antibiotics on the Growth Performance of Broilers

在饲料中添加用植物原料八角茴香、甘草、橘皮等加工成的复方中草药制剂,饲喂健康、体重相近的1日龄白羽肉鸡400只,并与金霉素预混剂作对照,测定肉鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料肉比以及死淘率等。试验分A、B、C、D共4组,分别为金霉素40mg·kg^-1组,以及饲料添加中草药制剂350、450、550mg·kg^-1组,试验期42d。结果显示,使用中草药制剂的肉鸡C、D组在试验结束后的体重显著高于A组(P<0.05),B组体重高于A组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);在两阶段,C、D组的平均日增重均显著高于A组(P<0.05),C、D组死淘率显著低于A组(P<0.05)。21日龄C组的料肉比显著低于A组(P<0.05),42日龄和全程C、D组的料肉比显著低于A组(P<0.05)。因此,使用中草药制剂替代金霉素有助于改善肉鸡生长性能。

Chinese herbal preparations,which was processed with illicium verum,liquorice and orange peel,was added into the feed,and was used to feed 400 1-day-old white feather broilers with similar body weight,compared with chlorotetracycline.The average daily gain,average daily intake,feeed to meat ratio and elimination rate of broilers were measured.This test was divided into four groups:A(chlorotetracycline 40 mg·kg^-1 group),B(Chinese herbal preparations 350 mg·kg^-1 group),C(Chinese herbal preparations 450 mg·kg^-1 group)and D(Chinese herbal preparations 550 mg·kg^-1 group)respectively.The whole process lasted for 42 days.The results showed that the group C,D weight of broilers using Chinese herbal preparations were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05),at the end of experiment,group B weight of broilers were higher than that of group A,but not significantly(P>0.05).At two stages,the average daily gain of group C and D were significantly(P<0.05)higher than that of group A,the elimination rate of group C and D were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).At 21 days,the ratio of feed to meat in group C was significantly lower than in group A(P<0.05).At 42 days and the whole process,the ratio of feed to meat in group C and D was significantly lower than in group A(P<0.05).Therefore,Chinese herbal preparations instead of chlorotetracycline could improve the growth performance of broilers.
