伴可逆性胼胝体压部损伤的临床轻度脑炎/脑病(MERS)是一种临床及影像学综合征,该综合征同时具有多样的临床症状及典型的影像表现。近年来多种MR功能成像方法已应用于MERS综合征的诊断,如扩散加权成像(DWI)、扩散张量成像(DTI)、磁共振波谱(MRS)等。综述MERS的致病因素、发病机制以及在MRI上多种影像特征。

Clinically mild encephalitis/encephalopathy with a reversible splenial lesion(MERS)is a clinico-radiological syndrome.The syndrome has diverse clinical symptoms and typical imaging findings.In recent years,a variety of functional MR imaging methods have been applied to the diagnosis of the MERS syndrome,such as diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS),and so on.This article reviews the etiological factors,pathogenesis and MR imaging manifestations of MERS.
