摘要 体素内不相干运动(IVIM)扩散加权成像(DWI)可用于评估腹部肿瘤组织的坏死和肿瘤血管的生成,对于腹部(肝脏、胰腺、肾脏、生殖系统等)肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断、病理分级的预测、治疗疗效和副反应评估以及对病人预后的预测和治疗方案的优化都有显著意义。就IVIM的概念、各技术参数的意义及其在腹部肿瘤诊治及疗效预测中的价值做一综述。 Intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM)diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)can be used to evaluate the necrosis of abdominal tumor tissue and tumor angiogenesis.It plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abdominal(liver,pancreas,kidney,reproductive system,etc.)tumors,estimation of pathological grade,evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and side effects,prediction of prognosis,and optimization of treatment plan.The concept of IVIM,the significance of each IVIM technical parameter and its value in the diagnosis,treatment planning,and curative effect prediction in abdominal tumors were reviewed.
