普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年糖尿病白内障术后干眼症的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Pranoprofen Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome in Elderly Patients with Diabetic Cataract

目的探讨分析为老年期糖尿病白内障术后干眼症患者实施普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠药物治疗的临床效果。方法 2016年2月-2018年3月,将124例老年期糖尿病白内障术后干眼症患者随机等分为两组,每组62例,为参照组行单纯性玻璃酸钠药物治疗,针对研究组实施普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠药物治疗,观察比较两组的治疗有效率指标测算值,以及接受治疗前后的泪膜破裂时间指标测算值、泪液分泌实验指标测算值和角膜荧光染色评分指标测算值。结果研究组的治疗有效率指标测算值(91.93%)高于参照组(70.96%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.021,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组的泪膜破裂时间指标测算值(4.79±1.14)分、泪液分泌实验指标测算值(2.84±0.89)分,以及角膜荧光染色评分指标测算值(6.51±1.04)分均与参照组(4.72±1.26)分、(2.67±0.96)分、(6.42±1.02)分大致相当,差异无统计学意义(t=0.325,1.023,0.486,P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的泪膜破裂时间指标测算值(11.06±1.65)分和泪液分泌实验指标测算值(7.32±2.10)分高于参照组(7.49±1.01)分、(5.02±0.81)分,研究组的角膜荧光染色评分指标测算值(2.12±0.67)分低于参照组(4.21±0.66)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.530,8.046,17.498,P<0.05)。结论为老年期糖尿病白内障术后干眼症患者实施普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠药物治疗,能获取较好效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye syndrome in senile diabetic cataract patients.Methods From February 2016 to March 2018,124 patients with dry eye syndrome after senile cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with simple sodium hyaluronate.For the study group,pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate was used to observe the therapeutic efficiency index of the two groups,as well as the measurement of tear film rupture time index before and after treatment,the measurement index of tear secretion test index and corneal fluorescence staining score indicator.Results The therapeutic efficiency index of the study group(91.93%)was higher than that of the reference group(70.96%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.021,P<0.05).Before treatment,the study group's tear film rupture time index(4.79±1.14),tear secretion test index(2.84±0.89)points,and corneal fluorescence staining index(6.51±1.04)points were compared with the reference group(4.72±1.26)points,(2.67±0.96)points,and(6.42±1.02)points,roughly equivalent,the difference was statistically significant(t=0.325,1.023,0.486,P>0.05).After treatment,the calculated tear film rupture time index(11.06±1.65)points and the tear secretion test index(7.32±2.10)points were higher than the reference group(7.49±1.01)points,(5.02±0.81)points,the cornea calculated value of the fluorescence staining index of the study group(2.12±0.67)points was lower than that of the reference group(4.21±0.66)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.530,8.046,17.498,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of laparoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in elderly patients with cataract surgery after cataract surgery can obtain better results and is worthy of clinical promotion.
