分析消疣益胃汤治疗68例疣状胃炎的疗效

Analysis of the Efficacy of Xiaoyou Yiwei Decoction in the Treatment of 68 Cases of Verrucous Gastritis

目的观察利用中药方剂消疣益胃汤治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法时间范围以2016年10月—2018年10月为准,选择此期间参与治疗的68例疣状胃炎患者为例。所有患者均依照中医辨证论治原则给予消疣益胃汤治疗。评价患者的疗效数据、症候积分改善数据、血清胃功能数据。随访2个月,记录患者疣状胃炎的复发情况。结果 68例患者经为期45 d的治疗,经评价发现显效40例、有效24例、无效4例,总有效率94.12%。治疗后,患者临床症候积分(7.85±1.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=26.281 7,P<0.05)、G-17、PGI和PGII等指标分别为(8.12±1.48)μmol/L、(30.54±4.32)μmol/L、(7.43±1.21)μg/L,较治疗前均有显著改善(t1=17.853 6、t2=15.811 0、t3=12.380 1,P<0.05)。随访2个月,患者均无再次复发。结论中医消疣益胃汤对改善疣状胃炎患者临床症状,胃肠功能有明显的效果,对于促进Hp转阴,预防复发有积极意义,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Xiaoyou Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of verrucous gastritis.Methods The time range was from October 2016 to October 2018,and 68 patients with verrucous gastritis who participated in the treatment were selected as examples.All patients were treated with Xiaoyou Yiwei Decoction according to the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Evaluate patient efficacy data,symptom score improvement data,and serum gastric function data.The patients were followed up for 2 months and the recurrence of verrucous gastritis was recorded.Results Sixty-eight patients underwent 45-day treatment.After evaluation,40 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.12%.After treatment,the patient's clinical symptom score was(7.85±1.65)points,the difference was significant(t=26.281 7,P<0.05),G-17,PGI and PGII were(8.12±1.48)μmol/L,(30.54±4.32)μg/L and(7.43±1.21)μg/L,respectively.There was a significant improvement(t1=17.853 6,t2=15.811 0,t3=12.380 1,P<0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,the patients did not relapse.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyou Yiwei Decoction has obvious effects on improving the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function of patients with verrucous gastritis.It is of positive significance for promoting Hp to negative and prevent recurrence.It is worthy of promotion.
