抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗重症肺炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Antibiotic Descending Step Therapy on Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨对重症肺炎患者选择抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2016年12月—2018年7月收治的122例重症肺炎患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组采用疗法;对照组(61例):选择常规抗生素疗法完成治疗;观察组(61例):选择常规抗生素+抗生素降阶梯疗法完成治疗;对比抗生素应用效果。结果同对照组重症肺炎患者用药显效率(39.34%)、用药总有效率(75.41%)对比,观察组(63.93%)、(96.72%)二者均呈现出明显提升(χ~2=7.385 0,11.550 7,P<0.05);同对照组重症肺炎患者住院时长以及抗生素应用时长对比,观察组均呈现出明显缩短(t=9.633 3,8.924 4,P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患者在接受治疗期间,抗生素降阶梯疗法的有效应用,对于抗生素用药效果提升,住院时长以及抗生素应用时长的缩短,效果显著,最终对于重症肺炎患者的康复加快,奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of antibiotics in patients with severe pneumonia after treatment with antibiotics.Methods A total of 122 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group and the treatment group was used.The control group(61 cases):routine antibiotic therapy was used to complete the treatment.The observation group(61 cases):select conventional antibiotics+antibiotics to reduce the number of steps to complete the treatment;compare the effects of antibiotics.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of drug use(39.34%)and the total effective rate of drug use(75.41%)were significantly higher in the observation group(63.93%)and(96.72%)(χ^2=7.385 0,11.550 7,P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the length of hospital stay and the duration of antibiotic application were significantly shorter in the observation group(t=9.633 3,8.924 4,P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia,the effective application of antibiotic descending therapy has improved the effect of antibiotics,the length of hospital stay and the shortening of antibiotic application time,and the effect is remarkable.Finally,the foundation for the recovery of patients with severe pneumonia is accelerated.
