69例冠状动脉慢血流患者的影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)现象患者的临床特征,分析冠状动脉慢血流现象发生的相关危险因素。方法回顾性选取在该院2014年1月—2016年7月接受冠状动脉造影的129例患者作为研究对象,根据冠脉血流情况分为冠状动脉慢血流组69例患者和冠状动脉血流正常组60例,对比分析两组患者的人口资料、实验室检查结果等指标,并应用单因素分析、Logistic回归分析等统计方法对冠状动脉慢血流危险因素进行分析总结。结果该实验中确诊的CSF患者中回旋支动脉病变率(43.80%)显著高于前降支动脉(33.58%)和右冠状动脉(22.62%),不同动脉病变率相比差异有统计学意义(F=31.521, P<0.05);两组间在BMI、吸烟、TIMI血流帧数、尿酸、HCY、hs-CRP、ET-1方面有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic多因素分析显示BMI、吸烟、HCY、尿酸、ET-1是独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论吸烟、肥胖,高尿酸、高Hcy、高ET-1均能够促进CSF的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with coronary artery slow flow(CSF)and to analyze the risk factors associated with coronary artery slow flow.Methods A retrospective study of 129 patients who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 was performed.According to the coronary flow,69 patients in the coronary artery slow flow group and 60 patients in the normal coronary blood flow group were compared.The patient's demographic data,laboratory test results and other indicators,and the use of univariate analysis,logistic regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the risk factors of coronary slow flow.Results The rate of circumflex artery disease(43.80%)was significantly higher in the CSF patients diagnosed in this study than in the anterior descending artery(33.58%)and right coronary artery(22.62%).The difference in the rate of different arterial lesions was significant(F=31.521,P<0.05);there were significant differences in BMI,smoking,TIMI blood flow frames,uric acid,HCY,hs-CRP,ET-1 between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed BMI,smoking,HCY,uric acid and ET-1 were independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking,obesity,high uric acid,high Hcy and high ET-1 can promote the development of CSF.
