老年口腔颌面部肿瘤临床手术治疗的评价

Evaluation of Clinical Surgical Treatment for Elderly Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors

目的研究老年口腔颌面部肿瘤临床手术治疗的评价。方法研究对象为老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者,例数100例,采用抽签分组方式对研究对象100例进行分组,患者收取时间在2015年2月—2016年2月,分为观察组一组(50例老年患者)、对照组一组(50例老年患者),分别实施手术治疗以及常规治疗,分析两组各项指标、康复时间以及治疗效果。结果观察组老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者Hb(122.76±1.87)g/L、LY(1.89±0.23)×109/L、TP(65.55±1.99)g/L、ALB(39.99±1.23)g/L、PA(0.89±0.23)g/L均高于对照组(t=40.721 9、10.773 7、28.580 2、26.993 4、18.859 8,P<0.05)。观察组老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者康复时间(17.23±1.09)d短于对照组(t=30.871 8,P<0.05)。观察组老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组(χ~2=8.273 7,P<0.05)。结论老年口腔颌面部肿瘤临床手术治疗效果显著,且能够缩短患者康复时间,改善患者各项指标,值得研究。

Objective To evaluate the clinical surgical treatment of elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods The study subjects were elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.The number of patients was 100.The subjects were grouped by lottery.The patients were collected from February 2015 to February 2016.A group of observation group(50 elderly patients)and a control group(50 elderly patients)were treated with surgery and conventional treatment.The indexes,recovery time and treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Hb(122.76±1.87)g/L,LY(1.89±0.23)×10^9/L,TP(65.55±1.99)g/L,and ALB(39.99±1.23)g/L,and PA(0.89±0.23)g/L in elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors in the observation group,higher than the control group(t=40.721 9,10.773 7,28.580 2,26.993 4,18.859 8,P<0.05).The recovery time(17.23±1.09)d of the elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(t=30.871 8,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors in the observation group was 98.00%higher than that in the control group(χ^2=8.273 7,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical surgical treatment of elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors is effective,and it can shorten the recovery time of patients and improve the indicators of patients.It is worthy of study.
