中药汤剂结合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松症患者的价值分析

Value Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Alendronate in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis

目的 探究中药汤剂结合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松症(OP)患者的价值。方法 选取2018年4—9月期间该院收治的老年性OP患者作为实验的研究对象,经电脑盲选法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),两组采用不同的治疗方法(对照组:阿仑膦酸钠治疗;观察组:中药汤剂结合阿仑膦酸钠)。治疗3个月后对比两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗有效率为90.91高于对照组76.74%(χ~2=4.440,P=0.035),观察组与对照组药物不良反应发生率分别为11.63%和4.65%,组间对比中差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.399,P=0.057)。结论 中药汤剂结合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性OP效果显著,骨密度显著提升,有效缓解疼痛和临床症状,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with alendronate in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis (OP). Methods The elderly patients with OP who were admitted to our hospital form April to September, 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. They were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43) by computer blind selection method. The two groups used different treatment methods (control group: alendronate sodium;observation group: Chinese medicine decoction combined with alendronate sodium). After 3 months of treatment, the effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%, which was higher than that in the control group (76.74%)(χ^2=4.440, P=0.035). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and the control group were 11.63% and 4.65%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the groups (χ^2=1.399, P=0.057). Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction combined with alendronate sodium has significant effect on the treatment of senile OP, and the bone mineral density is significantly improved. It can effectively relieve pain and clinical symptoms, and has clinical promotion value.
