推拿在小儿咳嗽的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Massage on Cough in Children

目的 小儿咳嗽时儿科最为常见的症状之一,通过使用小儿推拿的手法,不仅对婴儿咳嗽,而且对婴儿腹泻和食欲不振都有显著的疗效。方法 该文在利用文献研究法﹑实例论证法以及逻辑归纳法的基础上,特别选择2018年3月—5月至广州市白云区妇幼保健院就诊的57例小儿咳嗽患者(对照组),并零选择治疗组56例小儿患者,根据《中医儿科病证诊断疗效标准》制定咳嗽诊断标准,对小儿患者进行界定,筛选小儿患者参与到该次临床观察的过程中来根据使用三字经派推拿手法对其具体疗效进行研究,深入探讨小儿推拿在小儿咳嗽临床中的运用。结果 通过研究发现,治疗组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率80.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.03,P<0.01),在临床实践中,小儿按摩整体方法简便、成本低、有效,可避免药物的不良反应,针对小儿的临床护理非常有助力。结论 伴随着小儿推拿对于小儿咳嗽临床治疗的积极作用,应该从现实状况入手,不断强化对于小儿推拿在小儿咳嗽临床中的运用。

Objective One of the most common symptoms of paediatrics when children cough. The manipulation of children massage has significant effects on infant cough, infant diarrhea and loss of appetite. Methods On the basis of literature research, case study and logical induction, 57 children with cough were selected from March to May 2018 in Guangzhou Baiyun District as control group and 56 caseas as treatment group. According to the criteria for diagnosis of Pediatrics Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM paediatrics syndrome), the criteria for the diagnosis of cough were formulated, the children patients were defined, and the children were selected to participate in the course of clinical observation. In order to study the specific curative effect of children's massage, the application of massage in children's cough was discussed. Results The effective rate\ was 100.0% in the treatment group, and 85.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.03, P<0.01). In clinical practice, the overall method of the massage of the child was simple, low in cost and effective, and the adverse reaction of the drug could be avoided. Conclusion With the positive effect of children's massage on the clinical treatment of children's cough, we should start with the reality and strengthen the clinical application of massage in children's cough.
