摘要
目的 分析米索前列醇在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果及安全性。方法 将孕足月、单胎头位且无引产用药禁忌的129例妊娠初产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组(67例)和对照组(62例)。对照组给予催产素引产,观察组给予米索前列醇引产:观察统计两组引产成功率、不良反应等指标。结果 观察组引产总有效率97.01%,对照组引产有效率79.03%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.657,P<0.05);观察组引产成功率89.55%,对照组引产成功率67.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.584,P<0.05)。观察组用药到临产时间(6.28±1.84)h;用药到临产时间(9.39±1.73)h,差异有统计学意义(t=5.214,P<0.05)。两组子宫过度刺激率无显著差异(χ~2=0.254,P>0.05);两组心动过速率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.163,P>0.05),两组胃肠道反应率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.198,P>0.05),两组羊水粪染率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.317,P>0.05)。结论 利用米索前列醇进行晚期引产,效果显著且安全性好,是一种临床上值得推广的足月妊娠引产方法。
Objective To analyze the effect and safety of misoprostol in induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods A total of 129 primipara with full-term pregnancy, single head position and no contraindication of induced labor were randomly divided into observation group (67 cases) and control group (62 cases). The control group was induced by oxytocin, while the observation group was induced by misoprostol. The success rate and adverse reactions of induced labor were observed and counted. Results The total effective rate of induced labor was 97.01% in the observation group and 79.03% in the control group (χ^2=14.657, P<0.05). The success rate of induced labor in the observation group was 89.55%, and that in the control group was 67.74%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=16.584, P<0.05). The time from medication to parturition in the observation group was (6.28±1.84) h, and the time from medication to parturition was (9.39±1.73) h. There was a significant difference between the two groups (t=5.214, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in uterine hyperstimulation rate, cardiac tachycardia rate, gastrointestinal reaction rate, and amniotic fluid fecal staining rate between the two groups (χ^2=0.254, P>0.05),(χ^2= 0.163, P>0.05),(χ^2=0.198, P>0.05),(χ^2=0.317, P>0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol is an effective and safe method for induction of labor in term pregnancy.
