鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Chronic Rhinopharyngitis

目的 探讨使用鼻内镜手术对鼻源性慢性咽炎患者进行治疗的临床疗效。方法 使用"随机数字表分组法"将该院于2017年8月—2018年6月期间收治的130例鼻源性慢性咽炎患者分为65例一组。对照组患者进行常规药物治疗,观察组患者使用鼻内镜手术进行手术治疗。对比两组患者进行治疗后的临床疗效和不良反应的发生率。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为89.2%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为60.0%,观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为3.0%,对照组患者的不良反应总发生率为13.8%,观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 对鼻源性慢性咽炎患者使用鼻内镜手术进行治疗的效果较好,可有效地提高患者的临床疗效,降低其不良反应的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic rhinopharyngitis. Methods Using the "random number table grouping method", 130 patients with nasal pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2018 were divided into 65 groups. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs, while the patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic surgery. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.2%, which was higher than that of the control group (60.0%)(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.0%, which was lower than that of the control group was 13.8%(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of nasogenous chronic pharyngitis, which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
