摘要 脓毒症是机体应对感染时反应失调所致的危及生命的器官功能障碍。在脓毒症的发生发展过程中,机体的免疫反应至关重要,调控机体的免疫反应有望成为新的治疗靶点。自然杀伤(NK)细胞是固有免疫系统的大颗粒淋巴细胞,它不仅能够与固有免疫系统的其他细胞相互作用,启动和扩大炎症反应,同时也参与适应性免疫,参与感染的控制,在脓毒症发生发展中具有重要作用。正确认识NK细胞在脓毒症中的作用将有助于更好地理解脓毒症发病机制,合理调控NK细胞的作用也有望成为脓毒症治疗的新方法。 Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by dysregulated host responses to infection.Immune responses play a crucial role in the development of sepsis.Thus regulation of them can be a novel therapeutic target.Natural killer(NK)cells are large granular lymphocytes of innate immunity.They can not only initiate and amplify inflammation by interacting with other cells of innate immunity,but also regulate infection through adaptive immunity.NK cells are of great importance in the pathogenesis of sepsis.Accurate knowledge of how NK cells functions in sepsis may provide a better understanding of sepsis.Reasonable immunoregulation of NK cells can be a novel therapy of sepsis.
