丽江滇重楼和白芨根腐病病原菌鉴定 被引量:11

摘要 为滇重楼和白芨根腐病的防治提供参考依据,对分离自滇重楼和白芨根腐病根部的菌株DB-R进行病原菌形态观察及分子生物学鉴定。结果表明:滇重楼染病后根茎逐渐腐烂,最后整株萎蔫,根茎部腐烂变软;白芨染病后块茎开始出现水渍状腐烂,后块根彻底变黑腐烂;病原菌菌体呈规则圆形,生长迅速,不易被污染,菌丝初期为白色丝状,后变为紫红色;在构建的系统发育树中,获得的菌株DB-R与尖孢镰刀菌(MK156762)聚为一群。引起滇重楼和白芨根腐病的病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌。 In order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and Bletilla striata of root rot, the pathogen morphology and molecular biology identification of DB-R strain isolated from the roots of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis and B. striata of root rot were carried out. Results:The rhizome of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis decayed gradually after being infected, and finally the whole plant wilted and the rhizome decayed and became soft;After B. striata infection, the tuber began to appear water-stained rot. The pathogen body was regular and round, growing rapidly and not easy to be polluted. In the phylogenetic tree constructed, the strain DB-R and fusarium oxysporum (MK156762) were clustered together. Fusarium oxysporum was the cause of the root rot of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis and B. striata.
