我国农村生态环境形势不容乐观,为我国农村生态环境治理提供参考,分析我国农村生态环境存在问题,从农村创新能力、生活方式、集体经济及道德和法律约束等方面分析农村生态环境污染的原因,并从提高全民对农村生态认知,加大教育宣传力度;健全组织机构,加强生态环境监管力度;加强科技创新,提升农村生态科技支撑能力等方面提出了相应的对策与建议。

Rural ecological environment situation was not optimistic in our country.To provide a reference for rural ecological environment governance in China, the authors analyze the problems of the rural ecological environment, and reasons of the rural ecological environment pollution was analyzed from innovation ability from the countryside, way of life, the collective economy and moral and legal constraints. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of improving the rural ecological cognition, intensifying education propaganda, improving the organization, and strengthening the ecological environment supervision, strengthening scientific and technological innovation and improving the supporting ability of rural ecological science and technology.
