被动性社交网站使用对大学生社交焦虑的影响——基于社会比较理论视角

The Impact of Passive Social Networking Site Use on College Students' Social Anxiety——From the Perspective of Social Comparison Theory

社交焦虑是大学生常见的心理问题之一。随着网络的普及,人们的社交行为逐渐从线下扩展到了线上,网络社交使用行为包含主动性社交网站使用和被动性社交网站使用两类。根据社会比较的观点,大学生在被动性社交网站使用过程中,常常进行上行社会比较,即把那些比自己好的人作为比较对象。而在进行上行社会比较过程中往往会降低个体体像满意度,提高个体的自卑情绪,引发个体嫉妒,进而引发较高的社交焦虑。因此大学生应当树立正确的网络使用观念和价值观念,在上网过程中进行正确的社会比较,以此来缓解或避免个体产生社交焦虑,提升其人际交往功能。

Social anxiety is one of the common psychological problems of college students.With the popularity of the Internet,people's social behavior extends from the offline to the online,and the social use behavior of the Internet is divided into the active use of social networking sites and passive use of social networking sites.This paper mainly discusses the influence mechanism of passive social networking site use on individual social anxiety in the perspective of social comparative theory of college students.The results show that college students often compare up the social behavior when they use passive social networking sites,and the social comparison of up-market is an important condition to trigger individual social anxiety.Based on this,this paper puts forward some measures to guide college students to use the internet correctly,so as to relieve or avoid individuals social anxiety and improve their interpersonal communication function.
