表面活性蛋白D在免疫炎症反应中的作用研究进展

Progress in surfactant protein D-involved immune inflammatory responses

表面活性蛋白D(surfactant protein D,SP-D)是表面活性物质家族重要的组成部分,在肺脏和其他多个器官中均有表达。SP-D是一种固有免疫蛋白,其在肺脏免疫防御和炎症反应过程中有重要作用,同时也参与其他脏器的免疫炎症反应。本文对SP-D在免疫炎症反应过程中的功能及其在常见疾病中的作用机制进行综述,总结SP-D在疾病治疗中的研究和应用前景。

Surfactant protein D(SP-D)is an important component of the surfactant family and expressed in lung as well as many other organs.SP-D is a natural immune protein,which plays an important role in immune defense in lung tissues and in the regulation of inflammatory responses.Moreover,it also participates in immune inflammatory responses in other organs.This paper reviewed the function of SP-D in the regulation of immune inflammatory responses and its regulatory mechanisms in common diseases,and summarized the prospect of SP-D in disease treatment.
