A Review of Overseas Researches on Understanding the Self-Disclosure Behavior of SNS Users Over the Past Decade

对近10年国外SNS用户自我披露研究进行综述,借助WebofScience平台检索、筛选得到47篇相关文献。根据已有成熟标准梳理、分析其所采用的主要理论及影响因素,归纳出当前SNS用户自我披露研究中常用的8种理论,重点介绍隐私计算、计划行为理论、人格特质和依恋理论,并从自我披露的收益、成本及成本减轻因素和用户自身与社会影响因素两方面对检验的各种影响因素进行分析和讨论。

This paper attempts to review the overseas researches on self-disclosure of SNS users over the past decade and filters 47 researches through Web of Science, then analyzes these theories and factors in the literature selected according to the mature standards. Eight established theories are identified in existing researches, and we focus on privacy calculation, theory of planned behavior, personality traits and attachment theory. The different factors being analyzed are summarized into two aspects: the benefit, cost and cost-mitigating factors of self-disclosure;and the factors concerning users and social influence. Implications for future research are also discussed.
