摘要
目前,如何对电力系统产生的网络损耗进行合理公平的分摊是电力市场面临的一个重大问题。Z-BUS网损分摊法是一种简单而又便于理解的网损分摊方法,而且,Z-BUS法可以将输电线路参数和网络拓扑对网络损耗的影响很好的反映出来。然而,使用该方法分配网损会导致发电机节点分担到的网损远远大于负荷节点分到的网损总和,造成不公平。为了克服这一缺点,本文提出了一种改进的Z-BUS法,该方法基于各个节点的功率大小来对网损进行二次分摊,此方法能够在保留Z-BUS法优点的同时,合理地减少了发电机节点分到的网络损耗,最后以IEEE-14系统为例,同时对比了潮流追踪网损分摊方法来说明本方法的有效性。
At present,how to properly and fairly share the network loss allocation generated by the power system is a major problem facing the electricity market.The Z-BUS network loss allocation method is a simple and easy method to understand network loss allocation.And,the Z-BUS method can reflect the influence of transmission line parameters and network topology on network loss.However,using this method to distribute the network loss will cause the network loss shared by the generator node to be far greater than the sum of the network losses assigned by the load node,resulting in unfairness.In order to overcome this shortcoming,this paper proposes an improved Z-BUS method,which is based on the power of each node to quadraticize the network loss.This method can reasonably preserve the advantages of the Z-BUS method.The loss allocation of the generator node is reduced.Finally,the IEEE-14 system is taken as an example.At the same time,the power flow tracking network loss allocation method is compared to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
