铝合金搅拌摩擦焊与双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接接头疲劳性能对比试验 被引量:2

摘要 对6005A-T6铝合金进行双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊以及常规搅拌摩擦焊,选择各焊接方法的最优工艺参数下的接头进行力学性能及组织对比。采用最佳工艺参数焊接,双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头平均抗拉强度为224.3MPa,接头系数为72.4%;常规搅拌摩擦焊接接头的抗拉强度为229.2Mpa,接头系数73.9%;MIG焊焊接接头的抗拉强度为217.6MPa,接头系数为70.1%。 Carry on biaxial shoulder friction stir welding and routine friction stir welding for 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy.Compare mechanical properties and structure of joints under optimum welding parameters of each welding method.Weld with optimum technology parameter,average tensile strength of double shoulder friction stir welded joint is 224.3 Mpa,with joint coefficient of 72.4%;tensile strength of routine friction stir welded joint is 229.2 Mpa,with joint coefficient of 73.9%.Tensile strength of MIG welded joint is 217.6 MPa with joint coefficient of 70.1%.
