益气复元合剂的质量标准提高研究

Study on the quality standard improvement of Yiqifuyuan Mixture

目的:建立益气复元合剂的定性鉴别方法,为该制剂的质量标准提高提供实验依据。方法:通过薄层色谱法对益气复元合剂方中的黄芪、赤芍和石菖蒲进行定性鉴别研究。结果:益气复元合剂中黄芪、赤芍的薄层鉴别特征明显,其对照药材、对照品溶液均有相同颜色的斑点,且斑点明显,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。益气复元合剂中石菖蒲的薄层鉴别特征不明显,斑点模糊,且经多次调整参数均无法取得令人满意的效果。结论:本实验建立的黄芪、赤芍的薄层鉴别方法,专属性强,重复性高且灵敏,方法可行,可作为益气复元合剂质量标准提高的项目及质量控制方法。

Objective: To establish identification method of Yiqifuyuan Mixture and provide experimental basis for improving the quality standards of mixture. Method: TLC was used to identify Huangqi, Chishao and Shichangpu in Yiqifuyuan Mixture.Result: The TLC chromatography of Huangqi and Chishao in Yiqifuyuan Mixture showed the same color dots in the corresponding positions as the control drugs and reference substances. The spots were obvious with good separation, and easy to distinguish.But the TLC chromatography of Shichangpu in yiqi fuyuan mixture was not obvious. The spots were blurred, and the satisfactory results cannot be achieved after the parameters being adjusted many times. Conclusion: The TLC identification method of Huangqi and Chishao established in this experiment is specific, sensitive with good repeatability. The method is feasible, and can be used for the quality control of Yiqifuyuan Mixture.
