An Exploration of the Oral History Appendixed in Chronicles of Xiaoshan City

为全面系统记述私营工业发展历史与现状,解决资料缺少的问题,第二轮《萧山市志》编辑部选择了4位私营工业企业创始人作个案访谈,全方位、多角度地展示了萧山私营工业企业,从创业到发展的总体情况,弥补了档案资料的缺失,发挥了重要作用,加强了志书中对“人”的记载,反映了人民的生活、生产和精神面貌,更突出了时代特点和地方特色。

To elaborate on the history and status quo of the Cityt s private industry development under the circumstances of insufficient materials, the Editorial Office of the second edition of Chronicles of Xiaoshan City interviewed four private industrial enterprise founders. The comprehensive interviews showcase how the private industrial enterprises grow from naught, a vital complement to the incomplete archives. More records on the “human” part of the Chronicle are added to reflect the life, work and spiritual sides of the local people, highlighting the features of the time and the place.
