1976年唐山大地震爆发后,上海与其他兄弟省市一同参与到灾后援建中去。对于这场国家级灾难的灾后援建,许多资料包括地方志书中都有大量记载。在唐山大地震40周年纪念的日子,深入挖掘、研究地方志书中的宝贵资料,对于当今突发性灾难的组织援救及重建,依然具有重要意义。

After the Tangshan earthquake took place in 1976, Shanghai together with other provinces and cities participated in the post - earthquake rescue and reconstruction. For the rescue and reconstruction of this national disaster, there are a lot of records in many materials including local chronicles. In the time of the 4Qth anniversary commemoration of the 1976 Tangs-han Earthquake, it is necessary to farther exploit and study the valuable data in local chronicles, for they,re still of great significance nowadays for the rescue and reconstruction in face of unexpected disasters.
