摘要 化工行业由于其特殊性,对生产安全需要格外重视。目前,各类化工厂都在逐步推广两级巡检制度等各种措施以提升整体安全性,但由于监管手段匮乏,改善作用有限。本文对常用室内定位系统进行了梳理、分析,提出基于DW1000模组的UWB化工厂人员定位系统。该系统采用TODA定位方式,以卡尔曼滤波实现对系统信号误差的处理。通过在厂区部署基站,向进厂人员分发定位标签,可以实现对厂区内人员位置的实时监控;在后端软件平台,能够实现包括人员定位、巡检管理、轨迹追踪等功能,具有一定的事前预防和事后追溯能力。系统在实际部署中取得了良好的效果,未来还可联动监控和报警系统,提升化工厂安全管理和过程管控水平。 Due to its particularity,the chemical industry needs special attention to production safety.At present,various chemical plants are gradually promoting various measures such as two-level inspection system to improve overall safety.However,due to lack of supervision means,the improvement effect is limited.In this paper,the common indoor positioning system was sorted and analyzed,and the UWB chemical plant personnel positioning system based on DW1000 module was proposed.The system adopted TODA positioning method to realize the processing of system signal error by Kalman filter.By deploying base stations in the plant area and distributing positioning tags to the incoming personnel,real-time monitoring of the location of personnel in the plant area could be realized;in the back-end software platform,functions such as personnel positioning,inspection management,and trajectory tracking could be realized,it has the capabilities of prior prevention and post-tracking.The system has achieved good results in actual deployment.In the future,it can link monitoring and alarm systems to improve chemical plant safety management and process management and control.
