摘要 电气火灾在我国的火灾事故中占比较高,而当前主流的电气火灾监控系统基于有线组网的方式,存在部署难度大、成本高、网络化水平低以及数据可视化不足等问题。本文设计实现了一种支持无线通信的多传感器组合独立式电气火灾监控系统,使用A9G GPRS模组作为主控制器和通信模块,采用SDK二次开发,无需外接MCU,支持MQTT、CoAP、HTTP三种通信协议;监控平台选用Spring Boot框架,使用Spring Cloud实现基于微服务架构的分布式系统,具有用户权限管理、数据可视化分析、自动报警、消防联动等功能。经测试,该系统对漏电流和温度检测精度较高,具有较好的推广价值。 Electrical fires account for a relatively high number of fire accidents in China.However,the current mainstream electrical fire monitoring systems are based on wired networking,which has problems such as difficulty in deployment,high cost,low network level,and insufficient data visualization.This paper designed and implemented a multi-sensor combined independent electrical fire monitoring system supporting wireless communication.It used A9G GPRS module as the main controller and communication module.It adopted SDK secondary development,no external MCU,and supports MQTT,CoAP and HTTP communication protocol;the monitoring platform selected the Spring Boot framework,and used the Spring Cloud to implement a distributed system based on the micro-service architecture,with functions such as user rights management,data visualization analysis,automatic alarm,and fire linkage.After testing,the system has high detection accuracy for leakage current and temperature,and has good promotion value.
