摘要
目前常见的仓储环境监控系统主要基于局域网体系结构,很难实现与广域网智能终端的实时通讯、预警,并且多为独立部署。本文设计了基于ZigBee的仓库智能环境监控系统,该系统以CC2530单片机为核心,通过分布于仓库中的传感器采集温度、湿度、火焰、烟雾、光照等环境参数,并以ZigBee方式传输到云平台,按照既定的管理策略执行相应的程序进行通风、喷淋灭火及消防联动。系统通过ZigBee无线网关配置,克服了传统有线传感器部署复杂的缺点,具有快捷高效,并可通过广域网同时应用于多个仓库。
At present,the common storage environment monitoring system is mainly based on the LAN architecture,and it is difficult to realize real-time communication and early warning with the WAN intelligent terminal,and most of them are independently deployed.This paper designed a warehouse intelligent environment monitoring system based on ZigBee.The system used CC2530 single-chip microcomputer as the core to collect environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,flame,smoke and illumination through sensors distributed in the warehouse,and transmitted it to the cloud platform in ZigBee mode.Then it followed the established management strategy to implement the corresponding procedures for ventilation,sprinkler fire and fire linkage.The system was configured by ZigBee wireless gateway,which overcome the shortcomings of traditional wired sensor deployment,also it’s fast and efficient,and could be applied to multiple warehouses simultaneously through the WAN.
