试论第二轮新方志编修的实践创新

A Preliminary Discussion of the Innovative Practices in the Compilation of the Second round Chronicles

新中国第二轮方志编修跟首轮修志不同,是在首轮修志基础上的深化、规范和提升,在体裁、篇目结构和其他方面都有所进步,如运用体裁上的技巧处理前后志在内容上的衔接,增加“特载”等新体裁,取消“经济综述”篇,设立改革开放、体制改革、民营经济(非公有制经济)专篇,加强人文内容的记述,纠正首轮志书中经济部类与人文部类比例的严重失调。但由于二轮新志的编修者大多数为新人,对首轮修志的总结不够,因此在实践创新中会不时陷入假象创新、盲目创新和否定式创新。
