关于如何提高上海市第二轮区志编纂质量的思考

Thoughts on How to Improve the Quality of Shanghai s Second round District Chronicles

地方志文化是中华民族的优秀传统文化之一,是社会主义核心价值观的源头活水之一,是中华民族生生不息、发展壮大的丰厚滋养,有“资政、存史、教化”功能,在教化人心、弘扬文化等方面发挥着不可替代的积极作用。当前,上海市第二轮大部分区(县)志完成出版,部分区志开始编纂、逐步进入总纂,笔者结合区志在篇目框架体例结构和在资料的选录和运用等方面存在的问题,就如何不断提高区志编纂质量,从加强队伍建设、收集资料、反复修改志稿等方面进行阐述。

Abstract;local chronicles are one of the Chinese nation's finest traditions,one of the fountainheads of core socialist values,and nourishment for the nation's vitality and prosperity,helping with governance,history recording and enlightenment.They play an irreplaceable role in enlightenment and cultural promotion.Currently,most of Shanghai's second-round district(county)chronicles have been published while the rest of them are either being compiled or edited for the final version.Based on the problems of district chronicles in table structures,style structures,selection and usage of materials,etc.,the author tries to elaborate on how to continuously improve the quality of district chronicles from the aspects of team building,material collection,revisions,etc.
