棉织物的M型活性染料电化学无盐染色 被引量:4

摘要 在无盐条件下,外加直流电压,铂-银/氯化银电极作为染色电极,分别采用活性红M-2GE、活性红M-RBE、活性红M-3BE、活性蓝BF和活性翠蓝M-G对棉织物进行染色,以碳酸钠进行固色。研究表明,当外加电压分别为7、7、8、9和6V,染色温度均为35℃,染色时间分别为35、30、30、35和30min,固色时间均为50min时,五种M型活性染料的染色效果最佳。与传统的有盐染色工艺相比,染色后棉织物的血值分别上升了2.0%、21.4%,25.4%,26.6%和25.1%,染色牢度基本不变,断裂强力有所改善,染色残液COD降低了644-803mg/L。 Cotton fabric are dyed with Reactive Red M-2GE, Reactive Red M-RBE, Reactive Red M-3BE, Reactive Blue BF and Reactive Turquoise Blue M-G under salt-free condition and using DC voltage, employing Pt-Ag/AgCI electrode as dyeing electrode, sodium carbonate as fixative. According to the research results, five M type reactive dyes perform best in dyeing properties of cotton fabric, with the optimal dyeing voltages of 7, 7, 8, 9 and 6 V seperately, all the dyeing temperature of 35℃, dyeing time of 35, 30, 30, 35 and 30 min seperately, all the color fixation time of 50 min. Compared with the traditional salt dyeing process for M type reactive dyes, the K/S values of the dyed cotton fabric increase by 2.0%, 21.4%, 25.4%, 26.6% and 25.1%, respectively;the color fastness are basically unchanged;the breaking strength are improved and the COD values of dye residue decrease by 644-803 mg/L.
