Production of flame retardant tent fabric made from polyester drawn textured yarn for emergency rescue

研究了应急救援用涤纶低弹丝阻燃帐篷面料的染整技术,讨论了阻燃剂种类、阻燃剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对面料燃烧性能、力学性能和色光的影响。结果表明,当阻燃剂占溶剂型PU胶质量的40%,涂层上胶量为40g/m^2,焙烘温度140~150℃,焙烘时间2min时,阻燃效果及其他性能指标均满足相关标准要求。

The dyeing and finishing process of flame retardant tent fabric made from polyester drawn textured yarn for emergency rescue is studied. The effects of flame retardants, flame retardant dosage, baking temperature and baking time on the burning performance, mechanical properties and color change of the fabric are investigated. The results show that when the mass of flame retardant is 40% of the solvent-based PU adhesive, the coati ng mass is 40 g/m^2, baking at 140-150℃ for 2 min, the flame retardant and other properties of the tent fabric can meet the requirements of relevant standards.
