摘要
文章利用遥感影像的地表温度反演技术,分析不同风速与功能布局耦合条件下城市热岛效应的"周期性+分布不均+密集区集聚"的时空分布规律;从地理区位、空间结构和地表温度3个层面总结出天津"南冷、北热、中心高温"的热岛时空分布特点,并运用数值模拟方法,解析天津中心城区风道"外围贯穿与中心阻隔,主干通畅与支脉阻塞+系统协调性差"的现状特征,得出必须系统构建"源—流—汇"风热环境规划理论的结论,同时从风源控制与保护、风道优化与改善、风汇区调整与优化3个方面提出低碳低热视角下的"源—流—汇"风热环境耦合优化策略,希望能为相关研究与实践提供参考。
With the aid of surface temperature inversion technology of remote sensing images,the paper conducts an analysis of the distribution regulation of time and space of urban heat island effect under the coupling conditions of different wind speed and the function layout,namely "periodical+uneven distribution+concentration areas".From the perspectives of geographical location, spatial structure and surface temperature,the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of "cold south,hot north and central high temperature" in Tianjin are summarized.Adopting the numerical simulation method,the paper analyses the current situation and characteristics of air duct in Tianjin downtown area,namely "running through periphery and cutting off center,unobstructed main roads and blocked branch,poor coordination of system".It is concluded that wind environment planning theory of source-flowstream must be systemically constructed.In addition,the paper proposes the low carbon space layout of multi-scale segmentation of air duct in thermal field in urban surface and of coupling optimization of wind-heat environment,as well as the planning strategy of scientific control over artificial heat and heat control.
