田园综合体发展模式及规划路径探讨——以赤峰市红山田园综合体为例

The Development Model and Planning Path of Rural Complex: Hongshan Rural Complex, Chifeng City

田园综合体作为集循环农业、创意农业和农事体验于一体的地域综合体,具有"三生同步"的基础特征、"三产融合"的动力特征及"三位一体"的活力特征,是解决"三农"问题的重要途径。文章基于农业、生态、文化与田园的关系,以赤峰市红山田园综合体为研究案例,构建田园综合体发展的4种模式,即"三生空间"的生态发展模式、"农业+园区"的产业发展模式、"农旅+文旅"的旅游发展模式及"从安居到宜居"的村庄发展模式,并从土地整合与用地指标开发两方面保障田园综合体规划的落实,以期对相关规划有所参考。

Rural complex combines cycling agriculture,creative agriculture,and agricultural experience with characters of "industry, life,and ecology synchronization","agriculture,industry,and service integration",and "three missions integration",and it is an important solution to agriculture,countryside,and farmer problems.Based on the relation between agriculture,ecology,culture, and farmland,the paper takes Hongshan rural complex as an example,establishes four development models for rural complex: ecological model,industrial model,tourism model,and village development model.Measures in land use integration and indices shall be taken to guarantee the implementation of rural complex planning.
