深圳南山区城市公共开放空间公共性评价研究

Evaluation Method of Urban Public Open Space in Nanshan District, Shenzhen

城市公共开放空间的私有化和商品化发展一定程度上降低了其公共性。文章从公共开放空间可达程度、服务类型多样性、周边土地利用混合程度及空间分布公平性4个角度测度和评价其公共性,并对深圳市南山区的公共开放空间进行实际测度评价。结果表明,南山区公共开放空间的分布相对公平,具有良好的可达性,但其周边土地利用功能混合程度不高,且服务水平差异较大,总体上南山区的公共开放空间的公共性还有待提高,加大土地利用混合性并丰富公共开放空间的服务类型,以期全面提升公共开放空间的服务水平。

Privatization and commercialization of open urban space has weakened its publicity.This paper proposes measuring and evaluate the publicity of public open space from four perspectives: accessibility of public open space,diversity of service types, mixing degree of surrounding land use and fairness of spatial distribution.The method is practiced in the evaluation of open public space in Nanshan district,Shenzhen.The result shows that public space distribution is even and fair with good accessibility,but the degree of mixed land use is low and service level is varied.Generally,public open space in Nanshan district needs to be improved, including the mixing degree of land use and the types of open space.It is necessary to increase the mixing of land use and enrich the service types of public open space in order to comprehensively improve the service level of public open space.
