城市绿地系统规划评价指标体系构建研究

Evaluation Index System for Urban Green System Planning

城市绿地是改善生态环境、优化景观格局、提升生活品质和促进居民健康的重要载体。优化城市绿地分布格局,提高绿地质量和效益,以及使居民更加便捷地亲近绿地,是城市绿地系统规划的重点工作。文章首先从评价内容、评价维度、评价尺度、评价对象和评价方法五大方面对中国城市绿地系统规划评价指标体系的现存问题进行分析与归纳,提出未来发展和转型方向,并提出构建一套涵盖生态效益、景观格局、绿地可达性和人本效益等方面的"多元、多维、多尺度"城市绿地系统规划评价指标体系,以期为新一轮的城市绿地系统规划编制提供科学依据和借鉴启示。

Urban green space is an important carrier to improve ecological environment,landscape pattern,quality of life,and the health of people.Optimizing the distribution pattern of urban green space,improving the quality and efficiency of green space,and making residents more convenient to use green space are the key tasks of urban green system planning.The paper first analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the evaluation index system of urban green system planning in China from five aspects: content,dimension,scale,object and method of evaluation,and proposes future development and transformation direction.The "multivariate,multidimensional,multiscale" urban green system planning evaluation index system covers ecological benefits, landscape pattern,green space accessibility and human-oriented benefits,so as to provide scientific basis and illumination for the new round of urban green system planning.
