印度南海政策的架构与中印关系透析

Analysis on the Framework of India’s South China Sea Policy and Sino-Indian Relations

南海问题是亚太地区的热点问题之一。近些年,出于战略考量与利益博弈的需要,域外大国纷纷介入南海问题并使南海问题日趋复杂化。作为主要域外大国,出于战略思考和现实利益的考量,印度对南海问题的涉足由来已久且有不断升级的态势,并逐步形成了政策性架构。本文主要探讨当前印度南海政策的三大战略目标、基本方略以及莫迪政府南海政策对中印关系的影响。

The South China Sea issue is one of the hot issues in the Asia-Pacific region.In recent years,for the strategic considerations and the need of interest game,extraterritorial great powers have intervened in the South China Sea issue and made it more complicated.As a major extraterritorial power,India has been involved in the South China Sea issue.There is a long-standing and escalating trend for India’s strategic consideration and practical interests in South China Sea issue,and a policy framework has gradually formed.This paper mainly discusses the three strategic objectives of India’s South China Sea Policy,the basic strategy of India’s implementation of the South China Sea Policy,and the significance of Moody Government’s South China Sea Policy to Sino-Indian relations.
