对当前旧志整理的几点看法——以山东省部分史志机构的旧志整理成果为例

Opinions on Current Organization of Old Chronicles——Taking the Organization Result of Old Chronicles by Part of the History and Chronicle Research Institutions in Shandong

旧志整理,是续接民族文化之根、弘扬先祖思想之魂。做好旧志整理工作,更好地服务经济文化建设,是各级地方史志工作机构的重要职责。针对当前旧志整理存在的问题,本文试从基础、关键、目的和发展四个方面进行探讨,寻求解决地方史志机构在旧志整理工作中的"有所作为"与"有所不为"的途径与方法,坚持继承与创新并举、保护与开发并重,以期取得旧志整理成果数量与质量双提高。

Organization of old chronicles is a work to continue the"root of national culture"and carry forward the"soul of ideology of the ancestors".It is an important work for local history and chronicle research institutions at all levels to organize the old chronicles so as to better serve the economic and cultural development.Targeting the current problems in old chronicle organization,this paper tries to discuss the four aspects including foundation,key,goal and development,in order to seek for approaches and methods for solving the problem of"do something"and"not to do something"in old chronicle organization by local history and chronicle research institutions,with a goal to increase the number and improve the quality of old chronicle organization,by paying equal attention to inheritance and innovation,and protection and development.
