摘要
通过钻孔资料和样品测试数据,分析了尔林兔三号井田3~#煤层的煤岩特征、化学性质及工艺性能,并对煤的工业用途进行了评价分析。分析结果表明,尔林兔三号井田3~#煤层煤的宏观煤岩类型主要为半亮型和半暗型煤,煤岩组分以亮煤和暗煤为主;有机显微组分主要为镜质组,无机显微组分以碳酸盐矿物为主。该井田煤炭具有:特低灰、特低硫、中高挥发分、低磷、低氟、特低氯的特征,具有高发热量、无黏结性、弱结渣性、高热稳定性、中含油、化学反应性较差和易洗选等工艺性能;煤灰属硅铝型,灰熔融性较低。综合以上研究认为,该类煤是很好的化工用煤和动力用煤,可制作活性炭和水煤浆等,并可以广泛应用于冶金,是高耗能工业的理想原料,同时也是炼钢工业高炉喷吹的理想原料。
According to drilling and sample test data, the authors analyzed coal petrology characteristics, chemical and technological properties, and evaluated the industrial use of No.3 coal seam in No.3 minefield of Erlintu. The research showed that the macroscopic coal types of No.3 coal seam in No.3 minefield of Erlintu were mainly semi-bright and semi-dark coal, the coal petrology components were mainly bright coal and dark coal, the organic microscopic components were mainly vitrinite, the inorganic microscopic components were mainly carbonate minerals, coal in this coalfield were ultra-low ash, ultra-low sulfur, medium-high volatility, low phosphorus, low fluorine and ultra-low chlorine which had high calorific power, non-cohesive property, weak clinkering property, high thermal stability, medium oil content, poor chemical reactivity and easy washability of process performance, and the coal ash was silicon-aluminum type and had low fusibility. Based on the research, the coal of No.3 coal seam in No.3 minefield of Erlintu is great chemical coal and power coal, can produce activated carbon, coal water slurry and be widely used in metallurgy which is ideal material for high energy consumption and injection of blast furnace for steel industry .
